In the past 1,000 days I've been writing a personal story filled with courage, determination, and self-discovery. So far this has been a testament to my strenght, resilience, and a commitment to myself. With each day, I've embraced strenght over struggle, clarity over chaos. Hopefully others can see my story as a beacon of hope, that can light the path to follow to better wellbeing. Here's to celebrating this achievement and all the possibilities that lie ahead on the next step of my journey.
