In this video I play a game with Auriel on the PTR of Heroes of the Storm. Auriel is a support healer from the world of Diablo. She has insane sustain, as she does not use Mana. Instead she has an energy bar. Because of that fact she can effectively heal endlessly as long as her or her ally is in combat.
Because of her "Bestow Hope" trait she can consistently add Energy to her Ray of Heaven which heals Heroes in a small area. Her Sacred Sweep and Detainment Strike are both great abilities that can be used on cooldown as they don't use any Energy.
She has two heroic abilities. The one I play in this match is "Resurrect". It allows me to get an ally back in the combat within in three seconds on a 60 second cooldown.
It is through the archangel Auriel that the power of hope flows into the fabric of creation. Her eternal light illuminates even the darkest souls. Seeking harmony in all things, she is a mediator, a counselor, and when the need arises, a fearless warrior.
