This one could be improved by getting rid of the sniper rifle entirely, but it'd require some restart-heavy shenanigans to take out the guard at the hotel. Shenanigans I am not willing to do, so we'll just go with it this way. Yes, you can start at the fountains with a sniper in a briefcase, but I found that routing wasn't actually faster.

Kind of a weird map, and at first glance it was one of those maps that looks haphazard and not ideal to run, but it was different and I'm willing to give it a shot for that. The last target never moves from his home door until you get close, then walks down to the bar. You could poison him, but it isn't really ideal to ever go over there anyway in this contract and I happen to know the sniping trick from other contracts, so we'll do that.

First target needs a Falling Object kill, so it strongly recommends this start and crossing the construction yard to hit up the next two targets. More or less linear after that.

Four rather easy targets, but all bodies have to be hidden. Other than the construction worker, they're all kinda near a hiding spot but not right at one, so we accelerate them to their doom by way of the Flash Phone. Batty didn't need to be dumped because he fell in the river, and had Fryer pitched forward a little more he wouldn't need to have been hidden either because that tiny construction trench inexplicably hides bodies (though you can't dump into it).

The description says to collect the tokens first, but there's obviously no time for that and I suspect whoever created this was trying to bamboozle me. Well, I shan't be bamboozled. The Cistern item spot is usually worse than the Chapel in just about every imaginable routing, but it works quite well here as we don't want to pick up our shotgun for a little while.

Kind of interesting and tricky, lending itself to a seemingly impossible sub-minute time. The first target dies if he's knocked down/out in water, and the same is true of the guy on Tyson Williams's private beach. The trick is hitting him; turns out there's a very hard to identify gap in the palm trees that lets you hit him. Just don't use the Ghost or Leviathan, as they kill in a single shot regardless of hit location and that would result in his death being witnessed and body found. We need something like the Jaeger Covert that can get a non-kill legshot for the knockdown environmental accident. For the guy in the kitchen, wait to snipe until the lady's got the swirl over her head; if you don't do this, there is a chance she is still able to spot his body when he's killed. It won't show as ruining SA but it will result in a four star score at the end. It's fine though; that run was 1:14 or so and I ended up saving almost 20 seconds just getting things down a bit better.
