So this is one reason why I probably won't LP many high res games in the future. Or at least not for a while.

My laptop was just not made to handle these games while recording and as such we're basically only getting half the frame rate that I can get while not recording. If that. (it's been hovering around 20 fps these days)

And I can't really enjoy the game as much due to this lag which I find extremely distracting and annoying while playing.

Though if previous experience reveals anything, the lag will probably be gone next time I record for reasons I have no idea.
