This is my playthrough of the game "Hokuto no Ken", which was reworked into the game "Black Belt" overseas. This was applied with the English translation patch (https://www.romhacking.net/translations/3381/). This is being played on my actual Sega Genesis Model 2 VA0 connected to a Framemeister, captured via an Elgato Game Capture HD.
