Beaming with pride and a sense of adventure, the newly promoted Captain Chi, has been put in command of a small fishing boat which has been outfitted with cannon! The admiralty did not allocate much resources to him and also left it up to him to recruit his own crew. He went to a local pirate island and found the cheapest recruits possible--bringing them onboard and issuing them their uniforms.

He set out with his small crew, and his ship, The Subarashi. This would be his first and last action at sea as a captain.
