This is the 'Jump' BIG Challenge (11) on Peak 1 in SSX 3's Conquer the Mountain mode. The goal is to jump through 5 hoops before time runs out. You'll run into it by dropping at the top of the 'Happiness' freeride location. I wouldn't start with this challenge first. Or at least wait until you can level up your stats a bit!
