This is the Hori fighting commander Controller and this is my Review of it. I gave it a 7 out of 10, It is a great controller to use for fighting games and other games just beside fighting games. The buttons are big and you are able to see them and be able to hit them at the right spot. That can be a downside to but all an all it a good Controller.
You can use it for Pc, Ps3, and Ps4. This controller has the Ps button and it also have a Turbo button on it if you want to use for other things in the game than can get training after awhile. There is on for the Xbox 360 and the Xbox 1, and still can be use for Pc. These controllers are licensed by Xbox and Playstation. So if you would like to get one I say get one and they are some really Nice controllers. There will be one for the Nintendo switch so I will be picking that one up when it comes out.
