1) Aim towards bulblin or slightly right of, or aim at righthand side of the cave after bridge.
2) When leevers spawn, once they close in on you just hold slightly left of up. This will also avoid the bulblin snipe.
3) Hold slightly left of up when the set of 3 spawn to get them around you. Do this again when they close in on you.
NOTE: Kargoroks don't matter, if you go to the right of the bulblin you get a pair and a set of 3 so I wouldn't recommend it.
