I have now finished for the moment and can now publish my findings in the form of a guide:
1. Buy a 2-1 village and then buy 2 1-3 ninjas and a 4-2 ninja.
2. When the MOAB arrives, place all your roadspikes and tower boost immediately.
3. Buy a little bit more defense if necessary.
4. Enjoy your free 500 medallions!
