How To: "FATHER/SON" Gold Medal Guide (100% Walkthrough) | GTA V (PC/PS/XBOX)
5Today, we'll show you with gameplay and commentary, how to unlock the gold medal for 100% mission objective completion in "Father/Son", Grand Theft Auto 5's fifth main story mission.
In this mission, you'll play as Michael (and later, Franklin), and you'll need to rescue Jimmy from a boat that's attached by a trailer to a speeding semi truck.
Once you locate the truck, Franklin will hop aboard and search for Jimmy. Jimmy then gets swept off the boat, and Michael needs to collect him before he falls to the road below. After collecting Franklin from the boat as well, you'll take the car to Los Santos Customs for repairs, and Franklin will take both the car and Jimmy back to Michael's house before the mission ends.
π₯ To obtain the gold medal for this mission, and start your progress towards the "Solid Gold, Baby!" achievement/trophy, you'll need to:
- Rescue Jimmy within 10 seconds (Quick Catch)
- Deliver Amanda's car with no damage (Not A Scratch)
