How To Fix " GETTING READY TO BACK UP " In Google Photos PERMANENTLY!!! | 2020 | ItsMe Prince
448Hey guys and in this video after months of researching and finding a way I am going to show you how to you can fix Google Photos's [ Getting ready to backup x number of photos ]. I was able to fix this issue and I am going to tell you 5 methods through which you can fix this issue. ••Problem•• " Getting ready to back up " or "Checking for items to back up"
•ALLL THE METHODS ARE SHOWN IN THE VIDEO!! SO PLEASE WATCH FULL VIDEO!!•
•METHOD 1•
•Go to settings
•Go to app manager and find and open 'Google Photos•
•Go to data and clean the cache files
•Run the application!
•METHOD 2•
•Go to settings/App Manager/Find Google Photos
•Clear cache files and remove all the permissions given to this app
•Run the application and then allow the permission it wants ( A window will pop up asking you to give permissions it needed. )
•Hopefully, it will start backing up again!
•METHOD 3•
•Go to settings/App Manager/Find Google Photos
•Clean cache files and delete its data
•Run the application and add your google account and it should start backing up the files ( it will take some time to get your old photos on google photos to sync to your mobile )
•METHOD 4• [ This method worked for me! ]
•Go to the menu of google photos
•Go to settings of the application.
•Open "Back up & sync "
•Open "Back up device folders "
•After opening that option you will notice the folder that you have told the app to back up so disable all those folders and let the app do its " Getting ready to back up " thing; after a while, it will disappear itself, then you can again choose which folder you want to back up and till now I have not faced any glitch or problem of getting stuck at uploading my photos.
•METHOD 5•
•Go to gallery/photo (Android's default photo viewing app!)
•Open the photo or video which you wanted to upload to google photos
•Share that photo/video and select upload to photos (Google Photos)
•Upload the photo
•That's how you manually upload photo to Google Photos.
