How to get Johnny Silverhands Secret Porsche 911:
When on the mission "Chippin In" you will be faced with a choice at the end, to kill or spare the person you confront.
Either decision you get the car, however, if you choose spare, you also get an achievement.
But the choice does not affect the outcome of getting your Porsche from the container shown in the video, just make sure to loot the body to obtain the key if it is not handed to you.
The same person will also give you Johnny's Gun.
As long as you do the steps shown in this video you will get the Porsche 911.
