This is how to get more rank 39 and 40 weapons and armor

Step 1:

First and foremost is to get a character and or recurit a new character.

Step 2:

Get that character to a high enough level to defeat an item god 1 or 2. You can do this on a rank 1 item.

Or

Get 17 million juice bar points and level the character weapon mastery to level 100, and collect your rank 39 item.

Step 3:

Get a rank 1 weapon to floor 100 and defeat an item god to a rank 39 item from your d-merits or level the weapon to level 80 or higher before floor 100 and make sure to "SAVE ON FLOOR 99" and defeat item god 2 and get your rank 40 item.

Step 4 if you want to:

You can go into a rank 39 item and steal more rank 35 to 39 items of enemies.
