After 2 months of tinkering (no pun intended) here are my RetroTINK 5X settings for each combination of available inputs (including modded RGB) on my 3DO at both 480i and 240p resolution for each. (Composite / S-Video / RGB)

I am using a Phoenix 3DO emulator to output pixel perfect images as reference on color, brightness, contrast, and sharpness and have been using Photoshop to compare side by side VS the upscaled 3DO output.

Composite still looks like.. composite.. but the other 4 look great.

I opted to use 1080p (Over) output resolution and intentionally am leaving the interlaced outputs interlaced.
