How to Unlock Uldum WoW
2Uldum is a desert zone, bordered by Tanararis, Un'goro Crater, and Silithus. This zone was long talked about however it was not discovered until being exposed after The Shattering of Cataclysm. Within Uldaman, Deathwing, the Horde, and Alliance are all searching for a super-powered weapon, strong enough to destroy all of Azeroth, however, throughout your time in Uldum, you will come to realize that the weapon is Uldum itself.
There are 2 ways to begin your journey into Uldum. If you are questing through Deepholm, you should pick up The Explorers and follow this chain through to Meetup with the Caravan, however, if you miss this chain at level 83 you become eligible for Hero's Call: Uldum! which will lead you onto Meetup with the Caravan.
For this quest you need to travel to Tanaris (unfortunately you have to travel a traditional way, as no portal is open for you, remember you can utilize Dalaran or Shattrath for Caverns of Time portal. You escort the Caravan through to Uldum and once there you will need to complete the chain up to Escape From the Lost City to unlock the portal from Stormwind City or Orgrimar back to Uldum.
