I Get By With A Little Help From My Elemental Giant Friends | Reus 2 (World Building God Game -Demo)
131Reus 2 is a world-building God game where we control three Giant creatures who help humankind settle worlds! The Giants can control elements and have all sorts of amazing Godly abilities.
Our people begin on a barren world but using the powers of the elemental Giants we can conjure up forests, deserts and mountains. The humans, who I think are quite grateful, then set up little settlements and we have to use more God-magic to provide them with food, wealth and technology.
We do this by placing things in the world around them. If we put down a fruit tree the settlement gets food, if we put down some gems they might get wealth, fish could provide both food and wealth, that kind of thing. However there are powerful adjacency bonuses to keep in mind and also limited space to build on so we have to be careful.
Also we have limited time as our Godly actions take a while to manifest down on the planet. Over time we do pick up new abilities and objects we can put down, plus the Humans have their own goals and ideas that they want our help with.
But the real stars of the show are the Giants, the huge big fantastic creatures that move about the planet helping out!

Shape worlds with Giants
Utilize a roster of 6 powerful Giants, each with their own unique abilities over plants, animals and minerals that will allow you to create new biomes for humans to settle their villages. As you progress, gain inspiration to unlock more skills for your Giants, providing you with a diversity of choices.
Create thriving ecosystems
Terraform a variety of biomes, strategically build up different combinations of flora, fauna and materials specific to those environments. By experimenting, discover which combinations create the best synergies for the inhabitants' needs and goals, leading you into exciting new eras of their existence.
Lead humanity into the future
Shape the development of humanity with your choices as they evolve from primitive tribes into advanced civilizations. Whether it's travelling to the stars as space explorers, being hungry for war or wishing to cultivate nature, they will all have their goals. However, if you don't meet their needs then their rebellions could lead to the planet's doom. No matter the outcome, remember, you can always start a new humanity.
Fill a galaxy with life
Each playthrough leaves a lasting legacy in the stars by generating a new planet for you to experiment with. Fill the galaxy with endless variations of life and be inspired to take a new path with your next creation.
