As the title says, this is a game with zombies in it. A simple top-down shooter developed by Ska Studios in 2009 for Xbox Live, and later ported to PC via Steam in 2021 with help from OMNIVIOLET. It was made using Microsoft XNA and it cost a dollar. Now you can play it for free on your PC. It is certainly a product of its time with the quirky, random humor and I think was made to poke fun at low-quality, cheap games released on Xbox Live around the time. That second thing aged quite well.

The game plays similar to something like Crimsonland minus the perk system the game has. Pointing your weapon in any direction also fires your weapon, which I honestly don't like. No cursor to see where your shots will go and other important UI elements like your ammo count would've been nice too. Regardless, I still enjoyed the game. With the game always throwing something new at you and the shifting music/backgrounds before coming full circle in one final wave with almost every enemy type you've encountered, it does keep you engaged for its 13-ish minute duration. I also kinda see it as a time capsule of some sorts. Since the game doesn't cost money anymore and is small in file size and easy to run, it is worth trying for yourself if you are interested.
