Takashi Miike's Ichi the Killer has been among my all time favorite movies for as long as I started exploring the Asian side of the movie industry. I've been meaning to make a video about it for about a year if not more, because the movie is mostly seen as an ultraviolent bloodbath, yet I keep getting mesmerized by its wonderful style, seeing beauty in the macabre.
