Well, this combo is not an easy task, but will make you happy, at least works for me.
You must complete the quest first by playing 6 battlecry minions.
Important cards you must play before Shudderwock:
Knife Vendor & Lifedrinker, because it damages the opponent and you, but no worries you will heal up thanks to lifedrinker.
If the opponent has more life then you do you got to play only one Knife Vendor and two Lifedrinkers!
Muligan: keep most cheap battlycry cards and any card draw you want.
