I cooked up some pelmeni, which are Russian dumplings.
It's another easy recipe provided you can find the pelmeni packaged.
Recipe steps:
1) Fill a spacious pot with plenty of water
2) Set the stove to high with the pot of water on top of it
3) Put in a bit of salt (maybe a teaspoon's worth) and a bay leaf
4) Once the water is boiling, put the pelmeni in
5) Make sure to stir every so often
6) When the pelmeni are all floating and puffy, turn off the stove, take the pot, and drain it of all the water
7) Take a plate, put some butter on it, and mix it with all the pelmeni. Enjoy!
