Is Persona 4 Golden THAT Good? (Review)
Hey guys, so with the ports of Persona 4 Golden and Persona 3 Portable well on their way, I thought this would be a good time to provide a spoiler FREE (mostly) review of P4G, the only other Persona game I've played to completion.
This game is one of my favorites, though a lot of the dialogue has aged kind of poorly. I think it's still very good.
It's a much older title and therefore you'll have to take that into consideration moving forward with it. If you intend to buy it remember that it won't compare to P5 on a gameplay level.
That said, it still holds up. The reason I'm reviewing P4G and not P3P is because I don't think I'd be able to actually complete P3P. I tried several times a few years ago and I could never get into it. I don't think the game is bad or anything but it's harder to enjoy due to the age of it and the number of mechanics that, imo, do not enhance the experience whatsoever.
However, P4 is still close enough to P5 that it feels like a game I could enjoy.
If that doesn't work for you, the anime is actually pretty solid as well.
Anyways if you enjoy the video please leave a like, subscribe to the channel for more things Persona, Atlus, and JRPG related.
Thanks for watching and I'll see you guys next time!
