Welcome to Strangetown, one of the 3 original pre-made neighbourhoods in The Sims 2. The town is reportedly named after Sheriff Paul Strange... or at least, that's what local law encorcement says. This small desert town doesn't seem like anything special at first glance, but many secrests and lots of lore is packed into the main playable families that ship with this neighbourhood:

I am playing in a rotation, with the main rule being we switch households every season (I am using a mod to play shortened 4-day seasons). After my Playing Pleasantview let's play series, I have decided to more rules into my rotational gameplay this time around. The household we play today are the Smith family, including patriarch Pollination Technician #9. We realize the Smiths are a fairly established family, especially with the infamous Pollinatian Technician 9's story. While the Smith parents want another child, we realize we should focus on the kids in this let's play.
