Japanese Rail Sim Journey to Kyoto Review:
Train enthusiasts will really enjoy this game as you will have control of your train from the first station to the last. You will get penalties if you are going too fast, too slow, miss the platform or are simply too late to arrive. The Japanese are known to be always on time so you are being judged.
All the train announcements makes you feel like you are actually riding the train in Japan.

"Should I buy Japanese Rail Sim Journey to Kyoto?"
As this train sim game is only available in Japan at the moment the price of £53 is on the high end and I personally think it's too much for this game.
