When the mysterious Ice Family shows up, Steve and Billy need to go head to head to see who can join them. Only one can join the ICE FAMILY and become the COOLEST kid in the dimension. Steve must get adopted by the Ice Family and upgrade from Apprentice Ice Kid to Master Ice Kid! Will Steve be able to survive the Ice family in GTA 5 and defeat Billy the bully? This is joining ICE family in GTA 5!
