Here it is. One of the greatest gems in the Super Nintendo's chest of treasures. Gradius III has always had a permanent spot in my heart. My first memory of it was watching my dad play it, and without even touching the controller for myself I was hooked. Gradius III has some of the coolest environments and bosses of any game in it's genre, old and new. With seemingly endless combinations of ship outfits this game has some serious replay value, it's even fun to play -if you're a masochist-! I've been gaming since I could walk, and this game's soundtrack is still in my top 5 list of ALL time. This is more or less your typical side-scrolling arcade space shooter, so there is no saving allowed which made trying to beat it on console really frustrating. Luckily now we have emulators. :D

I am playing on Easy, just to make the play through less of a headache, as anyone who's played Gradius III knows you aren't allowed to die or it's back to the start you go. Now let's goooo!
