As an extra note on getting this scene: This scene never happened when I played Yuito's route. This only happened after I cleared both Yuito and Kaane's route. I loaded up the save, and switched to Yuito, and this scene was available after the end of Bonding Episode 5. I don't know if you need to clear both routes, but that's how I got this scene.
