King's Quest is a series of graphical adventure games designed by Roberta Williams and developed by Sierra Entertainment since 1984. These games chronicle the saga of the royal family of the Kingdom of Daventry through their various trials and adventures. They were available for several different platforms like PCjr, Tandy 1000, Commodore Amiga, Apple II/IIGS, Atari ST, Apple Macintosh, PC MS-DOS, Sega Master System, Microsoft Windows and other ones.

In this video, you can see the self-running demos of King's Quest II: Romancing the Throne (1985), King's Quest III: To Heir Is Human (1986) and King's Quest IV: The Perils of Rosella (1988). They all use Sierra's Adventure Game Interpreter (AGI), even though original copies of this version of King's Quest IV are pretty rare, because they also released a version that used their later game engine, Sierra's Creative Interpreter (SCI), with enhanced graphics and sounds.
