Kirby 64 - 4-Player Mini-Games! Yoshiller vs. Sephazon vs. TailsChannel vs. CharlesCBernardo!
80Today's Whatever Wednesday video showcases the Mini-Games mode found within Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards! These mini-games allow for multiplayer gameplay, so I recorded some 4-player matches in each available mode!
As has become a bit of a tradition, during the month of June, many of my friends come into town for E3. During this time, I try to record as many multiplayer games with these guests as possible. However, this year in particular, I was unable to record all the games that I wanted. Nowadays, I work at an office, and I tried to record a fair share of games there. Due to some time restraints, I was only able to record two multiplayer games there, so late in the evening, I recorded one more multiplayer video back at home: this one. So, watch as Sephazon, CharlesCBernardo, TailsChannel, and I attempt to play these Kirby 64 multiplayer mini-games in exhausted fashion!
The mini-games within this game are known as 100-Yard Hop, Bumper Crop Bump, and Checkerboard Chase. Each mini-game has four maps (although the maps are mainly just an aesthetic change and don't really alter the gameplay). In order to unlock each map, players have to play the mini-games against CPU players. Since this game was the Wii Virtual Console version, we had to unlock the extra maps. So, we played the mini-games in this fashion: the four of us would play against each other, and the winner would play against the CPUs. So, we alternated between fighting each other and fighting CPUs... so hopefully that makes the video more entertaining!
