Gameplay of Kiss: Psycho Circus: The Nightmare Child, a game released in 2000 and developed by Third Law Interactive and Tremor Entertainment. It's an FPS that, if I understood correctly, is based on a series of comic books that in turn are inspired by the album Psycho Circus by the musical group Kiss. Or something like that...

The game consists of 4 campaigns, one for each of the 4 characters that we can choose at the beginning, being that of Pablo Ramirez "The Starbearer" the one that is recommended to play first, and here I show that complete campaign. Although I knew about it, I had never played this game before, until now that I wanted to try it, so with this gameplay is the first time I play it. Don't expect a perfect gameplay, and I left out most of the secrets.

In my opinion, the game is not great, but not bad. It reminds me a bit of games like Serious Sam or Painkiller, but in smaller environments. It isn't one of those games that you would say it's unfair that it had fallen into oblivion, because it doesn't really contribute anything special (except maybe its strange setting), but I think it's interesting enough to take a look at if you've already played all the great classics.

The game uses the 1.5 version of Monolith Productions' Lithtech engine (a small evolution of the one used in games like Shogo and Blood 2). This engine is not exactly characterized by its good performance even on current equipment, and its compatibility is currently quite low, you have to use fixes, fortunately in this case there is a patch made by a fan that makes things much easier, even so, the game does not move smoothly at all, at least in my case.
