Here's an official arrangement of K.K. House Nintendo composer Kazumi Totaka, aka Totakeke, aka Todokeke, aka K.K. Slider himself. I was lucky enough to get my hands on the official soundtrack CD for Animal Crossing: City Folk earlier this week via Club Nintendo of Europe, and was surprised to find this arrangement on there as it's not used in the game.
