Showing the new KTERA leveling content from the Forgotten Continent patch that hit in Korea at 23rd July 2014. Pure story quests aren't enough to reach level 65, to get level 65 the new quest system has to be used to gain XP, gold and the new Enchantment Stones.
Starting gear (Level 60) is Steadfast armor (+6 iirc), Regent Gloves (or something similar) +12, Mayhem weapon +12.
