This guide shows you how to solve "A Different Kind of War" in L.A. Noire. It is case #26 and the last one in Arson desk. This walkthrough has a five star rating and all clues / newspapers.
For a 5 star rating you have to find all clues, answer all questions correctly and keep your damage (vehicle / city / injuries) to a minimum. Let your partner do all the driving (except in 1-2 situations to get a clue during the driving) and you can avoid most damage. In the 4 Patrol cases you can't get a rating. These cases are tutorials on clue finding, shootouts, chasing suspects, and interrogation.
