Voici les règles de cette deuxième partie :

Le fondateur doit emménager sur un terrain vierge de 50x50 (raser un terrain existant au besoin), le terrain doit coûter 10 000 §.

Une fois le fondateur sur le terrain, le joueur doit acheter l'Armure Chevalier de la table octogonale (8 200 §) et la placer dans l'inventaire de la famille pendant toute la durée du défi.
