Legacy Magic — Burn vs. Charbelcher
Be it resolved that, in small, no proxy Legacy metas, Charbelcher is broken.
Why? Two of the cheapest decks in the format are these, Charbelcher and Burn, and the former decimates the latter.
Burn cannot outrace any of the win-cons in the turn one deck.
Cannot.
Belcher always sees at least eight cards (mulligans notwithstanding), and Burn needs Eidolon of the Great Revel to not lose thereafter.
Theoretically, this is otherwise unwinnable for the Burn pilot.
Basically, Burn can't win; Belcher has to lose. Consistency is key here.
Also, sorry for the 720p video and crappy audio. This was my first time recording on my computer's webcam.
