I was trying for the longest time to beat these creepy sheeps (most difficult chest boss I have encountered so far) on chapter 3, but I gave up on it and waited for chapter 4, when you can get better equipment and quartz.

Sadly I forgot to show the equipment used on my video so I will advise you to put equipment that boosts evasion like "Evergreen" on everyone. Also, I put "Still Blue" on Elie and Tio to boost their magical power. Aside from that, buy the best armor available that boosts evasion and buy the latests weapons and enhance them on Guillaume Factory.

My main strategy relies on luck, since you need the sheep's attacks to miss you sometimes, otherwise you won't make it. Also, I used the "Madness Hotpot" recipe to fill out Tio's CP bar and abused her S-Break attack "Ether Buster". There's also luck involved in using that recipe since you either fill out her CP bar completely or you gain 0 CP and near death state. It's a gamble, but it's the only viable way I found to defeat them at this point in the game in nightmare difficulty.

Other Tips:

- Raise Tio and Elie's ATS by either casting Fortuna or using recipes like the "Ultimate Mix".
- If you see an "!", it means it's going to be a critical hit. Use Tio's S-Break on those turns, if possible;
- Use Elie's S-Break to revive and fully heal everyone when the situation turns dire;
- Use Aqua Mirage to raise Evasion at the beginning of the battle;
- Use Fire Arts against the Sage Creepy Sheeps (they are very weak to it);
- Use Randy's Craft "Power Smash" to delay the Sage Creepy Sheep's Turn;
- Try to protect Tio and Elie at all costs by putting Randy and Lloyd at the front;
- Start the battle with a completely filled CP bar;
- Before using Tio's S-Break, wait a bit for all the Sage Creepy Sheeps to gather in one place. That way you can target all of them with the S-Break.

I wish you luck on this, though it took me only about 5 tries to pull it off so it's doable!✌
