Pros:
Good open world map.
Good story mode.

Cons:
Bad controls at certain moments.
Fewer characters in a lego game then usual.

Conclusion:
While the 2nd game does alot better then 1st on many things. It's also worse in certain aspects like the controls and lack of characters in a Lego game. If it wasn't for the bad controls i would've gave this a 8/10 but its a 7/10 because of that.
