This doesn't look perfect because Bane's HP is displayed instead of the Penguin's one. If I keep Penguin's HP, Bane will be just immortal and incapable of being defeated, he will keep attacking, retreating, then repeating until the Penguin is defeated. I don't exactly know how it all works but at least in this video, even though the Penguin's HP is not displayed, it seems Bane can be defeated and once he's defeated he just stands doing nothing.
