Personally I donโt have time to play video games and exercise; I barely have the time to do one of those. So I consolidated. Now the question is, can I lose weight, get in shape, gain muscle, etc; by playing Skyrim? In VR? With a treadmill (well, slidemill, a Kat Walk C)? And a bow trainer (an Accubow 1.0)? Well, letโs find out!
