40LEO is still on top for many reasons. He both have Lightning and Fire element on his skill charms. He dominates PvE and PVP. A skillful hunter that can finish hardest bosses in this game.
Devs can on releasing OP sets like Blood Fallen and Ignis Flame. Demon Mask AW is too overpower too. But Blood Seeker is still on top when it comes to Ancient Weapons.
