Super Sanctum TD is just like any other tower defense. The only distinguishable feature is the art and how they handle the upgrades and activated skills. As far as upgrading and customization goes, Super Sanctum has it in the bag. A talent tree that changes gameplay, and custom setup of the towers and activated abilities you are taking with you combine for a really unique and almost rpg experience. Definitely recommend, but I would wait for a sale.
