Let's check the Demo of "Lies of P". Is this the game Bloodborne fans were waiting for? [Part 1]
1Time to check the Demo of "Lies of P", a 3rd person action RPG with a rather unique setting and premise.
The story and characters are based of the fairytale of Pinocchio, but with dark grim atmosphere.
The game takes place in the city of Krat, a city that is plagued with a strange disease in the midst of a Puppet uprising. The puppets are clockwork robots in that were used in the city for everything. There are plenty of mysteries and interesting characters to interact with.
The game is heavily inspired by the Soulsborne games. The combat and gameplay feels like a mix of Bloodborne with Sekiro. The combat is fast and responsive and it actually feels good! That is something that is hard to nail down and most games that try to copy the recipe of From Software fail to do so. New unique gameplay elements are the way you can mix and match blades and guards of weapons, to create the weapon you like, with the moveset you prefer.
Finally there is the Lying system. It seems that choosing to lie on specific moments will affect the story of the game.
Overall a really well made Souls - like game with really interesting world and characters.
This might be the game to keep everyone busy while we pray to get a remaster/PC version of Bloodborne!
