From 27.8.2023 Can we fix it? -stream.

We installed CleanPower + Japanese Cake BIOS for my Dreamcast. At the end we found a new problem!

EDIT 30.8.2023: A new cable fixed the problem. Bought Packapunch RGB-scart. PAL works only with 15KHz/576i mode. And with this cable I can choose that. 31KHz/480p works with NTSC
