A King's Tale : Final Fantasy XV est un jeu sorti le 29 Novembre 2016 et développé par Square Enix.

Synopsis : Blotti dans son lit, le prince Noctis demande à son père le roi Regis de lui raconter une histoire, pleine de magie et d’aventure, et pas un simple conte comme les autres. Le récit de Regis commence par une journée paisible, interrompue par l’attaque de monstres sur la capitale, Insomnia. Le jeune Regis, rejoint par Weskham, débute son aventure dans la capitale. Leurs amis Cid et Clarus se joignent aussi à eux, et ensemble ils décident de traverser les plaines de Duscae, pour finir par tomber sur une grotte mystérieuse, où réside leur ennemi. Le roi Regis et Noctis ponctuent parfois cet invraisemblable récit de leurs commentaires, ajoutant ainsi plus de profondeur et de perspective au scénario.
