ULTIMATE never got to play the game all those years ago. 20 years on - Microsoft now owns the franchise after recently finalizing its acquisition of Activision Blizzard. What will Microsoft do with the franchise going forward.
The game was built on the Id Tech 3 Engine ala Quake 3 Arena. Yes this game is essentially built inside Quake 3 Arena if you can believe that. Which Activision licenced from Id software all those years ago.
This is Part 2 of the Blind run.
