In his bid to continue securing his grip with Vice, Tommy decides to shut down the last under gang syndicates that could threaten his hold on the city. In comes the Print Works ran by Mr. Kelly, who discloses to Tommy that there is a counterfeiting ring set up in Florida that could provide what material he needs to create funds for the Vercetti Organization.

Shortly afterwards, Tommy gets calls from Ken and Sonny, reminding him of the situation of both including the Forellis and the impending retribution for not sending tribute to the families. Brushing them off, Tommy decides to solidify his hold.

During this time, after taking Diaz's Mansion, Tommy receives a call from Kent offering work for pay and a chance to further distinguish himself from the usual cutthroats and criminals. In comes the music group Love Fist, a Scottish hard rock group who have their fair share of troubles, both with drug acquiring from shady dealers and a stalker who wishes to see the group permanently removed from the Air Waves. To solve this, Kent directs Tommy to the Vice City Biker gang for security, ran by 'Big Mitch' Baker. Knowing that he would have to impress the Bikers, Tommy agrees not only for a free for all Race but also a chance to show the city the Bikers are not ones to be trifled with, especially with the Wannabe Gang that tried to steal Mitch's Angel. After helping the VC chapter, Baker promises not only protection for Love Fist for their rock show but also their support to Tommy and the Vercetti Gang.
