We start off the epiosde at our main objective, Anything for Trish... apparently for the second time since we already completed the mission in a previous episode. So we have to escort Trish to the hospital on a bus.

When we get to the hospital, Alden throws the bus ontop of the building and we have to rescue Trish.

Once we're done with that, we're greeted with a call from Moya and she tells us to look into a comflict with the dust men and the police. So we end the episode there.
