To be honest while I'd expect things to play out like this with Cole not making that much of a lasting dent on the city's corruption I can't help but feel sour that the douche that got Cole demoted in the first place is the one giving the buddy speech at his funeral. What an insult to his memory as Elsa says...Oh well, an enjoyable experience nonetheless.
