So, you know how i am not a very good decision maker? Ya. Well, we make some more bad decision. Some are my fault and some art. Give me some credit here it is hard to groom a 14 year old into a proper queen, especially with limited resources and being unable to train her on the weekends. All work and no play make Jack a dull boy, but apparently they don't help Jack become a queen, now, do they!

Hey all, welcome to my next Let's Play! This one will probably be a short one, it is serving as a placeholder for the next PC game that I am still trying to pick. I haven't decided yet so I figured I would try something new and completely out of my comfort zone. I am a bit of a stranger to VNs so this is new territory, but the game seemed fun so I picked it up. I hope you all enjoy! I wish I was a better voice actor but girl voices are not my forte. Oh well, ahead we go to make a queen!

Well, this will be a tiny experiment! I have never done a visual novel before and I thought this would be a fun entry to diversify my channel, and totally not tease the possibility of other VNs in the future I swear! ;D Anyways, I am not sure how long I will carry the game for, depending on how far in I get my first shot, I may play until the end, or until I get assassinated! Maybe if it gets good enough reception I will show more, but this will be a fun little experiment for me to just chill and share, and for you all to enjoy! No pressure, and no worries! Being a Princess is not an easy job. Being a Queen is even harder. Especially when you're only fourteen years old, and the reason you've inherited the throne is that your royal mother has just met an untimely end.
Now power is up for grabs. You may be the official heir, but much of the country's nobility would love to steal the throne for themselves. Aggressive neighbors will take advantage of any weakness to enlarge their borders at your expense. And that's not even mentioning the magical dangers which are lying in wait...

Can you survive long enough to reach your coronation?

Long Live the Queen is a visual novel RPG developed by Hanako Games and Spiky Catepillar. The story of the game follows a young princess who is training to become queen after the death of her mother. The objective of the game is to keep the princess alive for 40 weeks until she turns 15 and is crowned. The game uses anime-style graphics and is written in English.

The player reads through the story and schedules the protagonist's weekly lessons, in topics such as economy, foreign affairs, logistics, expression, military matters, self-defense, intrigues, doublespeak and magic. Based on those activities, Elodie increases her proficiency in various statistics. Additionally, during the weekend Elodie has free run of the castle and can choose an activity that alters her mood.
