The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask is the sixth installment in The Legend of Zelda series first released for the Nintendo 64 in October 26, 2000. Unique to the Zelda series, this game includes a three day time system and this cycle must reset periodically in order to progress the game. Majora's Mask is one of the few Zelda games where Ganon and Zelda do not play any major roles whatsoever. It is also the sequel to the first 3D Zelda game, Majora's Mask and uses the same engine and many art resources. In Nintendo Direct on November 5, 2014, Majora's Mask 3D was announced and was released in February 13, 2015.
